At QRS MEDICAL we use the most reliable and fastest delivery method. All orders will be shipped using one of the following methods:

Cost
Delivery charges are calculated based on a per order basis according to the weight and size along with the delivery address. Please enter in your delivery postcode in the post code field to check the price. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers.
A surcharge will be incurred for the following locations: Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please contact us for further shipping details.
Same dayDispatch
All QRS MEDICAL orders placed before 3pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Times
As a general guideline, deliveries to major cities Eastern states in land will take 2 to 3 business days, whilst it could take up to 7 business days for more remote areas WA and Tasmania.
Note: Areas affected by COVID-19 restrictions may experience delivery delays of an additional 1-3 business days.
Backorders
We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 2 business days.
